Bahria Enclave Sector P — 2026 Guide
Roughly a quarter developed. Longer runway before construction is practical. Status: early development.
Sector P is early-stage: public trackers put development at roughly a quarter to a third complete, and possession on most plots is still ahead. Pricing reflects that — 5 Marla in a tight PKR 65–70 Lac band, 8 Marla to PKR 1.00 Crore, 10 Marla PKR 1.05–1.25 Crore.
The narrow 5 Marla band is worth noticing: unlike Sector N's wide spread, P prices like a commodity because most plots are at a similar (early) stage. You are buying time-to-development, and the market prices that consistently.
P is for buyers who deliberately want the earlier entry point and accept the longer runway. It is not for anyone who needs to build within two years.
Who it suits: Long-horizon investors · buyers who want a lower entry than H/I and accept the wait.
