Sector-wise asking ranges as of August 2026: 5 Marla runs from PKR 22–55 Lac in early-stage Sector O (verify legals there) up to PKR 95 Lac – 1.35 Crore in in-demand Sector H. 8 Marla roughly PKR 65 Lac – 2.20 Crore, 10 Marla PKR 1.00 – 3.00 Crore, and 1 Kanal PKR 2.20 – 4.85 Crore depending on sector.
