| L | Developed · limited inventory | — | — | — | 3.00 – 3.50 Cr | 1 Kanal only. Tight supply is the story — sources even contradict each other on its status. |
| B-1 | Fully developed | 1.35 – 1.60 Cr | 1.35 – 2.20 Cr | 1.60 – 2.40 Cr | 2.80 – 3.50 Cr | Every plot size, fully possession-ready. Some plots below road level — verify before signing. |
| M | Developing | — | — | 1.20 – 1.70 Cr | 2.35 – 2.75 Cr | Balanced entry into the 1 Kanal segment without Sector A pricing. |
| G | Near final stage | — | 90 Lac – 1.75 Cr | 1.20 – 1.75 Cr | — | Solid level land, nearly finished — one of the best risk-adjusted picks in the society. |

| N | Developing · partial possession | 45 Lac – 1.22 Cr | 65 Lac – 1.40 Cr | 1.00 – 1.90 Cr | — | Widest price spread in the society — a meaningful share of 5 Marla plots already have possession. |
| P | Early development | 65 – 70 Lac | 70 Lac – 1.00 Cr | 1.05 – 1.25 Cr | — | Roughly a quarter developed. Longer runway before construction is practical. |
| O | Under construction · verify legals | 22 – 55 Lac | — | — | — | Cheapest entry in the Enclave — but part of this sector has faced litigation. Verify first. |
Commercial plot prices
Sector A commands the strongest commercial pricing by a wide margin — it is the entrance every resident and visitor passes through.

| A | 8 Marla | 7.00 – 7.30 Cr | Society's main entrance — highest footfall in the Enclave. |
| C-1 | 8 Marla | 5.00 – 6.00 Cr | Extension of the central commercial hub. |
| G | 8 Marla | 4.00 – 5.50 Cr | Widest range — negotiation matters here. |
| C | 8 Marla | 4.20 – 4.80 Cr | Adjacent to the hospital and main market. |
| F | 8 Marla | 4.20 – 4.30 Cr | Tight band — commercial has lagged on rocky terrain. |
| H | 8 Marla | 4.00 – 4.50 Cr | Serving a fast-filling 5 Marla residential belt. |
| J | 8 Marla | 3.80 – 4.50 Cr | Early-mover pricing in a high-demand sector. |

Because they are quoting different things: asking prices vs closed deals, possession-ready plots vs early-stage paper, and pages updated on different dates. Ranges on this page are asking-price ranges compiled on 23 August 2026, with the possession caveats stated per sector. Before you rely on any number — ours included — confirm the current rate for the specific plot.
Substantially. Corner position, street width, distance to commercial, plot level versus the road, and stage of title (file, allotment, possession) all move the price — Sector N's 5 Marla spread runs from 45 Lac to 1.22 Crore for exactly these reasons. Sector averages are a starting point, not a valuation.
