Sector B-1 is the most complete 'menu' in the developed tier: 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal all trade here, all possession-ready. If you want a finished sector but have not fixed your plot size, this is usually where the search starts.
Asking ranges run from PKR 1.35 Crore (5 Marla) to PKR 3.50 Crore (1 Kanal). Within each size, position drives the spread: street width, corner status, and — critically in B-1 — whether the plot sits at road level.
Like Sector E, parts of B-1 are below the surrounding road grade. Sellers rarely volunteer this. We check the level on-site before you commit, because a 'cheap' below-road plot plus filling and piling often costs more than the level plot next door.
